Or the "Lorenzo G. Teves Memorial Aqua Center" Located behind the Negros Oriental High School which is right beside Freedom Park. "The Lorenzo G. Teves Aqua Center in Dumaguete is an Olympic size swimming pool with 8 lanes. It is 50 meter long and between 1.50 meter and 2.40 meter ..."

    I don't know.
if you mean to REALLY swim, as in laps and distance, this is your only option, but a good pool. Only problem is its open hours are kinda hit or miss.

Agree with Dave & Imp on Huiz Swimming Pool (except that entry is P75 adult and P50 child below age 10) ... nice place, friendly owner (I met only one) and a great day out for individuals or families.

Just stayed at the Mahogany Upland Resort at Dauin and I believe their Pool is 400 feet square, has an enclosed 2 foot deep toddler section, 2 foot deep along one side for the kids, it also has a ramp so anyone in a wheel chair or with disabilities who find it hard to climb can easily access the pool as well as exit, that side of the pool runs from the ramp to 4 feet deep, to the end of the pool at the Bar end which drops down to 12 feet deep.

They take Walk-ins daily I believe from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Entry is 200php (100p Entry and 100p redeemable for drinks at the Bar)
Weekends are busy, but it is nice and quiet during the week.
You can bring food with you and rent an area under cover for I think 300 pesos for the day, they can also cater for parties and other functions if you prearrange with them and make a booking to extend from the 5:00pm curfew to around 8:30pm or so.
You are not allowed to bring in Alcohol or drinks with you as this is mainly where they make their money, but I can say that the Beer is more than fairly priced along with mineral water etc...

My first experience at this place was around 4pm and yes I was impressed by the effort to do something up there and at some point, we thought of buying a property, I think it was phase 3 (changed my mind) and then we visited again at noontime and it was really hot at the poolside. We didn't swim and we didn't go back after that.

The lot prices are so high that you could buy a lot with a decent house at another location around Dumaguete for about the same price.

I was going to mention that. I've never been there, but I remembered Ned (of Ned and Michelle - My Philippines Dreams) did a nice video review of it a while back:
