You might want to correpond with the local Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) office. Telephone number is (035) 225-4781; 225-0684; 2254725; 2257210; 2257211. We have plenty of companies around which you could tie up with. Some of the local companies here are YEHS outsourcing and Entheos IT. Of course, there are big American companies such as Teletech and SPi. There are quite a lot of small IT businesses in and around Dumaguete because of robust fiber optics connection around and inside the city.

I suggest you set up outside Dumaguete such as Sibulan, Valencia and Bacong. The City of Dumaguete has a first mover agreement with Teletech for the latter to enjoy being the only callcenter company to operate inside the city. This will expire, if I am not wrong, in the last quarter of next year.
