Its 5 minutes after 7 and I got up early to have coffee and a hot shower before this big brownout but it did not yet start. Are they late? Is it postponed? Or are some getting a brownout and others missing it?

OOPS There it goes. No power today. Just started on Filipino time.

I thought I would be immune to this as the Resort we stayed at had a Generator, but just my luck it only covered the Bar (not a big drinker) the Restaurant (no use hanging around after having eaten) and the Pool (the sun was HOT and the Pool was FULL of walk-in locals/foreigners with loud GF's trying to escape the heat) so I did my best to sleep away the heat of the day with some success... Thank gawd I am old enough now where 'Poppy Naps' are the norm...

the latest brown out from the storm on Wednesday evening cut our power at 8pm that evening here in Liptong and did not come back on till about 10pm last night...........26 hours no power............very frustrating as it always seems we get our power back last of all here

No different here, lost at 8pm wed and eventually back on at 2.30pm thursday. Its been the same since ive been here, lack of preventative maintenance or thats my personal thoughts.
We were told there was just not enough teams to fix all.
