    Small Town Lotteries are wirik wirik lotto. This is equivalent to the Mafia numbers in the USA. Just locally run numbers games. My girl says "they still have some, but they hiding." Now they are making house calls to the regular customers. If you are a regular they send someone on a motor to you so you can buy a number. "Your 10 Pesos become 4,50o." Naturally we have "No Recollection of any first hand experience. These are only vague rumors."
    For me my money comes to hard to gamble it away.

    So basically the government is saying they are the only Mafia allowed to operate this scam (lottery tickets) in town and shake people down? :wink:

    NO SWERTE IN SWERTRES

    For info. Viol of RA 9287 at about 12:30 pm of May 28, 2017 at Zone II, Brgy. Looc, Dgte city one Nicanora Sandoy y Ramirez , 70 y/o, female , married and a res of Oracion drive, Brgy. Looc, dgte city was arrested by Intel operatives of DCPS led by PSUPT JOVITO M ATANACIO.

    Items confiscated; 1.) one (1) pad writing stab w/ different three (3) digit number game combination w/ corresponding bet and initial “NORA”,
    2.) one (1) cut paper w/ three
    (3) digit numbers game combination (008) w/ corresponding bet amount of 50, one (1) pc. Fifty (50) pesos bill w/serial nr. M271576 used as bet bust money,
    4.) one (1) pc carbon paper,
    5.) one (1) yellow ballpen,
    6.) one (1) fifty (50) peso bill,
    7.) one (1) ten (10) peso coin,
    8.) five (5) pcs twenty (20) peso bill,
    9.) eight (8) pcs five (5) peso coin,
    10.) one (1) pair scissor used to cut the carbon paper,
    11.) two (2) pcs. Sheet of papers (tip),
    12.)one (1) pc PSCO I.D.

    arrested person was caught on the act while tallying three (3) digit number combination game locally known as “SWERTRES”.

    Said suspect was appraised of his constitutional rights and brought to the station for proper disposition. For filing. IOC –PO2 Marinduque - Dgte CPS
