Agreed. And may I add that they all have similar selection of merchandise so you can pick any one you see that is close to you. In the North, heading north out of Dumaguete towards Sibulan there is one on the main highway. Its just to the right after Freedom Park. If you get to Kangs (on the left) you have gone too far. But there are quite a few and this is just the one I shop at.
Handyman should have what you need, although, as mentioned before, there is a pet shop down from Cang's, another near Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and one near Lee Plaza Hypermart.
