Thanks guys, i got most of the things I need except Roast Beef and yes casa blanca no longer has a deli or sells items. Still missing the roast beef, couldnt find the tartar at robinsons (maybe im going blind in my old age  ) , nor any edamame, marinaira sauce and if anyone can go out to Octagon Sports bar and pickup a bottle of malt vinegar id appreciate it, ill pay however just let me know how much. I dont have transport and im guessing a trike ride from where im at all the way to BaCong and back to duma would cost close to as much as its worth..

A few months ago I bought a frozen 3 or 4 kilos U.S. beef filet from Belcris. Not bad, we cut it up but I think it would make a terrific roast beef, at least for here.

From Dumaguete to Bacong and back will cost you P20. Get an easy-ride from the bacong terminal in Dumaguete, on your return flag down a trike...P10.

    Hey Horizon,
I pass by xxxxxxx sports bar on my way to Dumaguete a couple of times a week. Let me know where I can meet you. I'll gladly stop by Octagon and pick up some malt vinegar for you.

Mix them all together, bake in a moderate oven until done, then serve. Delicious!

    I don't know.
Tartar sauce is pretty easy to make in a pinch. Depending on which kind you prefer, you can use sweet relish or dill relish, lemon juice, Mayonnaise & onions. Probably would taste better than store bought.
