Hello, I'm looking for any suggestion for a low cost wedding venues in Dumaguete or Dauin area. Preferably a nice beach resort perfect for it. I would really appreciate it if you could share your wedding experience related to the venue Please let me know. Thank you!
You could try the Drill Shack Resort. It is on the Bacong/Dauin boundry down on the beach. They host a fair number of weddings and other functions. It's a pretty basic place but probably reasonably priced.
Though I can not suggest a venue in or around Dumaguette I can recommend a wedding planner. I realize that wedding planner does not sound low cost but he would know what your looking for. Joel Dagoy His store is on San Jose street in the back of the Fil-Oil perto station
You should tell about your budget because most of the beach resorts are expensive and it's depends to the style of your wedding specially the motifs.And it depends of how many pax.
El Aquino Beach Resort, Cangmating, Sibulan - Sibulan, Negros Oriental - Pantai | Facebook I have not had a wedding experience there but I can tell you I walk along that beach a lot and this place very often has a wedding on the beach going on. It does not look like a high cost place and the number of weddings held there vs the lack of advertising tells me that people are pretty happy with the place and word of mouth is giving them all the advertising they need.
I went to a meeting El Aquino Beach Resort. Beautiful setting. Only drawback was no parking inside and somewhat limited street parking close by. There is a gate near the building so perhaps at least the wedding party could park inside. Note: not a long walk from the walk-in gate to the building.
Mine was simply done in our large outdoor cottage that sits on cement posts over the ocean. Was professionally decorated and catered by a reasonably priced reception/event company with curtains and all. They even took photos. Holds about 50-100 people. We had the judge do the legal/official ceremony using a microphone/PA System, and invited family/friends. Had a big longing table in the middle with food for everyone. Pull up foldable chairs/tables for guests also. Turned out great and didnt put a big dent in the wallet.. I have pics somewhere if youd want
