Update, after several late and missed appointments and recent no reply for 2 weeks, I have started going to to the spa in Duma across from Optimum Traders (should come up in Google Maps), 1 block south of Quezon park. p230/hour and they are very good about using their elbows on my back for 'no sh*t' deep tissue massage.
I have Helen to do my deep tissue massage. You may schedule an appointment with her for 200-300 pesos per hour (her daughter's number is 0906 660 3393) for deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage and neuromuscular therapy/trigger point therapy (No extras). She is usually available late in the afternoon.
