    hi dominiquec,

just some advice, take it or leave it. You may want to post a few more pictures; maybe some from the all around the outside, the inside part of the gated common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, more of the kitchen. Possibly even some nice structures in the area, so people know where your building is.
As for the price, not too sure what the going rates are in the area, but where I am from, new construction always constitutes a premium price regardless of material type used. Probably just more pictures is what I would recommend, only from personal experience as I too am a landlord like yourself in my place.
your place looks nice from the outside.

    Good luck,
    smed

I can't post any new pictures because I'm not in Dumaguete right now.

I also won't post any new pictures because, well, I don't see the need to.

Let me explain: renting an apartment is not something you do on impulse. You look for one because you need one. If you do need one, you'll most certainly want to see it for yourself before deciding to rent. The picture is largely irrelevant.

I prefer to speak only to serious tenants looking for a long-term lease in the near term. If you really are interested, you can call the numbers I've posted above and arrange for a visit.

    Hello, XM65:

Bethel, La Residencia, Plaza Luisa are the prominent hotels that come to mind. They're a bit pricier than most others, though. Best to decide on the value for money.

Check Inn is the newest budget hotel in Dumaguete (last I checked in May, anyway.) A friend stayed there and I saw the rooms. Nothing fancy, but clean. And you get free Internet.

There are plenty of other clean places: World View, Honeycomb, etc.

Sorry, friend, I have no telephone numbers or email addresses on me.

Oh, and a small postscript: a daily budget of P800 for lodging should be enough for you and your son. Reservations might be helpful, but most hotels will not have a problem with walk-in customers.

When you're ready to stay longer term, give me a call.

    good luck

    hey XM65,
you can try the hotels in the area. You may be able to negotiate a lower extended rate. Do you have and local friends or family in the area that might be able to go in and do the negotiating. Sometime a local face will do the trick. good luck.

No I wasnt going to ban you for that - I would have sent you a PM asking you to tone down after I was done moderating, but the nasty PM you sent about deleting your personal attacks from the board will get you in the box, that PM proves that you do not beling here and that you would not be a member of good standing in the future - congrats, I think you are the third person in the 10-11 months this site has been up.
Then you should of course have reported that post to me so I could have a look at it. That would have made sense in stead of starting an all out war on everybody here.

If you want a website to post personal attacks and the kind of posts you have been posting, I suggest you set up your own site, and you spend the time, money and commitment to make it a success in stead of ruining this site.
