Looking for Car Rental info for a couple visitors. 1st needs a car with aircon and a driver for 12 hours one day in the next week or two. His main purpose is viewing apartment/house rentals in the 10,000/mo to 12,000/mo range. Any idea where to find someone and what a 12 hour day would cost? 2nd is a bit further down the road (so to speak lol), next April or May is looking to rent a car only (he will drive) for 2 weeks. Mainly wants a decent estimate on what it will cost him so he can include it in his budget.
I know that Wigos rent for as low as 1,000 a day, larger cars start at 1,500 and a minivan starts at 2,000 a day. It would be wise to reserve a month or so in advance to be sure they have the right car. There might be deals where you can get a couple of free days for renting it for 2 weeks but I would not hold my breath. There are more expensive rentals available and there are probably private individuals who will rent a car but that should give you a baseline.
