Where to Eat?

PS, i like Pasta King, been there a dozen times and only heard of air-con broken once, not a usual occurrence... Lantaw is one of my top 5...
Also, unless "fine dining" refers to overpriced, first world dishes, then many of the local dishes, like at lantaw, are really good, couldn't begin to list, adobo, humba, bistek, kaldareta (beef, goat is marginal), all the stew dishes;...At least better on average than British food ?? (apologies to the Brits among us, welcome to disagree). The first place i ever tasted adobo was 30 years ago at the US Coast Guard center in Alameda California, all the restaurant staff was Filipino, been one of my favorite dishes every since. Two years ago discovered Humba, slightly different sauce...

Excellent food with Ingridients which are not usually used in the Phils, even spicy food is to get there, marvellous!
