    I don't know.
I found a container company that seems to be really well priced for shipping household goods.
I was wondering if anyone had used them or heard of them, trying to see if they are OK.
Company is: Get your instant ocean freight quote | iContainers
Be glad to hear any reports about them.

If you can find a Balikbayan shipper that will do a container Door to Door that will save you a lot of grief.
I send a couple of boxes normal delivery for me to pick up in Cebu. The broker agent on this end tried to skin me alive. They dreamed up a pile of BS charges that equaled have the value of my stuff.
When they told me I would have to pay them if I wanted my things back, the situation got ugly.
The local thieves were assigned "the contract" by the original shipper in Canada and once they had my things......
Best to avoid having to use a local broker.

And check also if the container company can do all the paperwork including the import tax exemption.

I can’t comment on the particular shipping service referenced. However, I did make a household shipment using a commercial shipper. I had a duty free shipment allowed and the shipper was responsible for walking the documents through customs. However, there is a heads up you may want to be aware of. From my experience, the shipper from overseas had to use a local in-country agent. Simple enough, but I was unfamiliar with what that meant. My shipment was paid for door to door shipping. Meaning, the container got loaded at my home and shipped to my new home, here. One small detail which I didn’t realize. The shipper used a container suitable for overseas transit. That container, once shipped and unloaded in Leyte had to be returned to Manila, the port of entry. None of this was of concern to me until I was advised just days away from delivery, the container would have to be offloaded and reloaded to a domestic container. No charge, just rules. It was bullshit. The in country representative was responsible for the cost of getting the container from Leyte back to Manila. However, if I agreed to transfer to a domestic container, it would save them money. I didn’t realize this until it was too late. Turned out okay, as the load transfer did not cause any damage or loss. Good luck.

I also shipped a container in, and yes your contents have to be transferred to a local container. If you have duty free privileges, there is still paperwork to be completed at the initial port of arrival. My shipping company used a local agent called Goetz, in Manila. They were excellent, sorted out the paperwork / container transfer and no cost at all to me.
