i saw a sign, ''bodega for rent'' when i was passing thru sacsac. it looks to be commercial (big) but i'll get gps coordinates when i pass thru there on saturday and post them here, i might even share it with u (or anyone) cuz i'm also looking for a rental and i might have a lot of baggage to store.

I wonder about mould in long-term storage.

i've had all kinds of stuff, including fabrics, in boxes for 5 years with no mold issues. cockroaches, however, can be an issue in boxes that aren't sealed. also, corrosion can be a problem with some metals; a light coating of mineral oil helps.

My sister inlaw has five units at Bagacay near the cemetery there,if you ring Kevin on 09275856107 he might be able to show you,if you turn right off Valencia Road heading to the overflow they are on the left just past the Bagacay Market.

That sign has been up since I have been here if I recall correctly. (4 Years) Surely they would be willing to barter on price sitting that long, although I have from time to time seen Trucks outside the doors so maybe it is in partial use?

Exactly! There is no proper "U-Store It" deal here. Why? I've thought it'd be a good business for the wifey to inherit from me someday. Buy a large lot a bit off the main road to Valencia, wall it, build a small managers house, and about 20 container sized storage garages, maybe an extra 10 space open carport for vehicles. But how much would people pay here? 1000/m? Just what I need to start, a business in the Philippines. Oy Vey!
