I have a Fil Products Home Broadband Bundle (which I'm very happy with...). Can anyone tell me how to change the internet log-on password? Foolishly, I allowed a neighbour to sign on to my account a few days ago - hers was down - and I suspect she's still using it. Her Ipad remembered the password, of course, even though I entered it for her...

Look on the rear of the router for the ip address, then log in once on router page as you should have the log in details from fil pro. Its probably a default login also. You will see the page to change youre password.

Hi Artpepper was wondering how you now rate the Fil Products Home Broadband Bundle after using it for awhile now? Is the broadband speed good enough for Netflix if you use it?

Hi, Oze. I was still very happy with it when I left that address and moved to another provider. I'm reluctant to comment o it's suitability for Netflix. I suggest you talk to someone who has it in your district if possible. My impression is that suçcessful coverage can be geography-based.

Thanks Art. A further couple of questions I understand Fil Products use PLDT broadband is it Fibre or ADSL do you know? Finally is it just the movie channels with Chinese subtitles?

Hi, Oze. I'm not that tecko, but I do know they ran a cable from the street to the house, about 100 metres. And regarding the movie channels, I got the regular FilProducts ones - there were a good few in English, I believe...

Thanks again Art. The way others have spoken about the annoying Chinese sub titles on Fil Products cable it is a put off if it is on virtually every channel! If it's just some of the movie channels I could live with that although my Filipina lady likes the English sub titles

    Cheers

Mike, it is the usual Pay TV Screen with logos up in the corners and Subs at the bottom with advertising for upcoming Shows all over the screen along with advertisements ever 5 minutes repeating the same crud we do not want to watch, the bonus is after a while you learn to ignore the Chinese subs altogether.
