I see thanks for letting me know. However, what are they worth? Where can I find a nice place and reasonably priced? Cna you suggest a place to go look?

 

Please ask other people on this forum and don't rely on just one persons opinion. There is no actually site. Dane is just kind enough to go to a local establishment and take pics and posts em here for us. If your interested in renting, you may want to either ask several people who are living in the area your interested in, and also the size of the place, but, again, don't just rely on one person. That way you may get a more picture.

Not sure if your aware of this site: Apartments, Townhouses & Rooms For Rent - Philippines - Manila, Cebu, Davao... It's the only site I know of.

People in the forum have been critical of island properties for various reasons, including having postings of properties already sold/ leased, but it might help in getting some ideas of what's available.

 

I understands what you are saying, very difficult to do from the US... Simply trying to get the most leg work done as possible before we get there.
