inquiring regarding TIERRA ALTA, MAG-ASO FALLS, PULANG BATO FALLS and FOREST CAMP

I would like to ask, if ever we're going on a ride for the above places, where should we start with?

PULANG BATO FALLS
This would be a great place to start, easy to get to but beware the road becomes gravely for a km or two as you get closer to the falls but reverts back to concrete. Enjoy

 

a barangay map for valencia and vicinity would help if anyone knows where to find one.

i haven't found a one piece valencia barangay map but i'd think the municipal hall would have one.

you can get a list of valencia barangays on the valencia wikipedia page.

and you can search individual barangays on google maps.
for instance: search Jawa, Valencia, Negros Oriental

you can highlight the roads that google has driven with their street view camera car by dragging the street view icon over the map.

Google Maps is certainly amazing. It does seem to have every barangay perimeter mapped out, but on at a time as you say.

I would think the Municpal Hall would have one, too. But this being the Philippines, I certainly would not bet lunch on it. Tried finding a lot that was for sale by number in Dauin. Ran around their municipal complex for over an hour and they DO NOT have a map broken down that way. Or, more likely, they do have one but the buy who knew which drawer it's in retired in 1998 and died in 2007.
