if your not going to get married again and no kids or property about , why go through all the hassle.....it will be really really expensive
You could talk to Atty Mercado, RM Bldg, N Hway / Rovira junction, or Atty Mike Miguel, Yala Bldg, By Robinson Mall. It's a long and expensive process, but good luck.
BTW: Separation will cause your 13a visa being revoked. If you are on SRRV or on tourist visa you are ok.
Also beware that there is a six month "cooling off" period once the case is filed before it is even heard. Not applicable for an annulment, so if some attorney says that the cooling off period applies to annulments just walk away, they don't know the process.
Yes it is but you need be resident back in your own country for i think 6 or 12 months before you can file. Then its a far easier job to get when you file here.
