Dauin Prime Property

I would like to repost information on my Dauin Property for sale just in case there are new members who might be interested.

its a 2.0770 hectare property located in Dauin Negros Oriental and is just along the highway with a 60 meter frontage more or less. It is very near Bahura Beach resort and spa.

This property would be perfect as a residential retirement community. I have had several offers to buy small portions of the lot but we are opting to sell the property as a whole. Prospective investors could subdivide the property and sell sublots at a very much higher price, hence very good real estate investment.
