Vehicles & Servicing vehicle insurance agency recommendations anyone?

it's time for me to do the annual updates on my vehicle, does anyone have a recommendation for an insurance agent?

Do you want a cheap insurance agent who will do all the LTO work for you or an expensive insurance agent who will actually pay out in the event of an accident?

a little of both would be good. my vehicle is registered in dapitan so some document shuffling is required

 

There is a man at one of the emissions test centers, around the corner from Kangs on the National highway, who will do it all. Cheap insurance, smoke test, and he sends a man to Dapitan on a regular basis to do the renewals (you are not the only one in that situation )

Problem is, its the kind of insurance that almost never pays out. You may be able to find a second policy of Comprehensive insurance from another source?

 

i'll check him out. the emissions tester on the south hiway does it all too but his price was considerably more than the insurance agency i was using. don't ask why i'm changing insurance reps...

 

I used Standard Insurance in Dumaguete city for CTPL insurance (which as you know is what the LTO want) around P600. They were very helpful (Joseph) and did the LTO registration for only P300

 

You just need to get the smoke emission certificate yourself for this. I used ECM? just past City Mall before Jetti gas station. Less busy than the others

 

go online and find cheaper insurance from reputable companies. I use ecomparemo.com but there are several choices.
