Beheading in Dauin? Or fake news?

I heard some details, the victim was a chicken, feathers fly and the same do the stories

My assumption was right when I thought of the Spanish word “salvaje”.

In Filipino-English, “salvage” is a wicked word. It means “extrajudicial killing” or “summary execution” of criminals and subversive elements. The perpetrators are usually cops, crime syndicates, urban vigilantes or communist hit squads. Unidentified bodies are referred to as “salvage victims.”

Because of its intense odor, authorities immediately buried the victim so as not to affect the health of the residents of the area where it was found.

Also a good way to destroy evidence and hinder an investigation........
