Thanks to a b*tch called Merkel, who allowed 1.5 millions to enter Germany there are quite more Muslims sucking on the German social welfare tit. Feel pity with all those Germans...........Hopefully her political career will come to an end within the next two weeks and common sense will come back with respect to allow fortune seekers to enter Western European countries. Italy and Malta already showed how to deal with but unfortunately Spain is still a fan of Merkel's ideas!
Wrye wrote: "It sounds like the issue is stemming from a complicated living/relationship arrangement more than some conspiracy by the government." My answer: Wrye, you doubt everything I write here, it looks like if you submit to authorities easily. No Wrye in all the cases I mentioned here and there are thousands more, all was simple and clear, all legal requirements and documents have been met, but the DBM follows (blindly) the instructions of the foreign office in Berlin to press down the number of Visas. This information comes from the embassy itself. "We just follow the instructions.....".
The Foreign Office of Germany and its embassy is neither interested in the United Nations and its UN Charter on Human Rights. My Translation from German into English "Article 16 1. Marriageable men and women have no restriction on the basis of race, of nationality or religion concerning the right to marry and to establish a family. They have at the marriage, during the marriage and their dissolution equal rights. 2. Marriage may only take place upon the free and unrestricted willpower of the future Spouses. 3. The family is the natural basic unit of society and is entitled to protection through society and the state." If an English Native Speaker finds the original Text in English, pleaese write it here, Thanks !
What law (code) is this excerpt from? Edit: BTW I found this with a quick search. Those are just a small example of some of the rules. Immigration law can be very complicated.
This thread raises the issue of people in government jobs HAVING to fail people to keep within targets OR lose their jobs. I know someone in the UK who applied for a disability benefit because he was almost totally immobile; he supported this with evidence from his G.P. He was refused and the reason given was that he was "Perfectly mobile". He appealed to a Tribunal and the government representative attended - but, a few minutes before his appeal was to be heard the government representative stated that the claimant was fully entitled to the benefit. The Tribunal awarded my friend his benefit PLUS an additional benefit he had not applied for - I believe this was a form of 'punishment' for the obvious lies the government agency had made and continued with until the very end. In between all of this he also saw a government-appointed assessor (a retired GP) who spent most of the assessment telling my friend the story of his own life! He also asked this very intelligent man who the Prime Minister was! I suppose that diagnoses a mobility problem very well (not)! The GP stated my friend to be fit, on the grounds that he walked the 3 metres into his office (it took him an assistant and about 10 minutes). Again, this retired GP was on about £1000 plus per day and why would he lose that cushy job by finding people eligible for benefits! Until people put into positions of responsibility over other people are permitted to tell the truth then why would anyone trust governments or those they employ.
The government authorities, as the German Embassy in Manila are bullying the "little man". While the rich hire lawyers offices with 12 or more lawyers and get through almost everything.
Well then I am sure glad I am not German as this is a purely German problem and Germans need to take it up with their government. Downright useless to tell foreigners about it. Everyone else's embassy is perfect. Well even if it wasn't we would not be whinging about it here.
I personally think it is fine to ask others about their experience with and talk smack about the German embassy here. I just didn't see any point in writing Duterte and thought it was rather silly...and potentially harmful to the Germans that live in the Philippines and rely on what services they do provide. It is rather selfish to call for the murder of embassy staff/closing of an embassy just because you didn't get what you wanted. It is an essential, and potentially life saving, service to many people.
I absolutely agree. I just wondered how many times a person should express the exact same opinion in the same thread before it is considered monotonous.
I was pleasantly surprised when going to the US Embassy in Manila. They treat US citizens very well and with efficiency and respect. You can tell we have a President who puts his people first. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
