    I use an address for Johnny Air. Not sure if they have an office in Cebu, but they have one in Bacolod. I email them to expect the package, they email me back when it arrives and the cost. I then either have a relative pick it up and LBC or JRS it to me, or we just drive up there for a few days and the wife visits with family and friends and pick it up. Johnny Air has 4 different delivery points in the US. I use the one out of Daly City, California.
