Now I consume fruits, vegetables, grilled Tuna steaks, bottled water. Ceased the wine, caffeine coffee, pasta, pizza, potato chips, McDonalds and Croissants.

Within a month blood pressure dropped to 120/80. Started brisk walking too.

Well done. On the othe hand are you sure that gives you a much longer life ? Had you said down from 190/120, then yes. But in your case the drop is not very sgnificant. In the past the upper level of 140 was even considered as normal. But OK, if it makes you happy to live without all this. Why not.

You might find the brisk walking - at least an hour - does what you need, and you can enjoy the rest of the stuff. (although I would have reservations about McDonalds).

Well I guess everyone has to find what works for them. I brisk walk the dog 4km up to Camp Lookout and back, 2 or 3 times a week. My BP before is around 140 / 70, down to 115-120/60 after 1 hour. I don't eat fast food (maybe lumpia once a week) but I do enjoy a drink, regular but moderate ( I guess that's another subjective opinion).
Anyway, I guess everyone has to find what regime works best for them.
