hello, i have a friend that requires help with immigration probs, the foreigner that use to help expats is he still around?
I would rather rely on a good filipino lawyer. I remember this guy from Liechtenstein many years ago. He was fixing all kind of immigration issues. After all he was deported. Because he was doing illegal and murky business. And this is even more risky nowadays when every single detail is in their computer system.
It can be risky depending on the individual's visa overstay situation. Also, quite a large percentage of expats have a mental illness that makes a "calm peaceful manner" quite impossible.
He is, though I'm not sure he does that type of work anymore. I believe "Shadow" is the guy you are looking for. He had a website a long time ago, not sure if it is still up and running. Maybe someone else can point you in the right direction as I can't remember the address.
I used his handle because he also did private investigations. He has cut down many Filipina money trees and retirement packages...a dangerous profession. (I had used his services once to confirm the suspicions I had with my American wife several years ago.)
as far as i know shadow does not do any philipine immigration work, only us visas. he is very knowledgable on us visas, he got my wife a cr1 visa in just 6 weeks a few years ago. (and yes, legal) everyone else was telling me it would take a year.
