    Funny how the LTO can come up with money to purchase a new print machine and the materials for all of those plates, while my plates from the car I purchased in 2015 are still not allowed to be released because they have not yet paid the customs on them.

    Assassins, killers for hire and terrorist get black plates with white numbers for easier identification.. .
