    I know this is available on the NORECO II thread but, for those who aren't aware (of that thread and/or never read it anyway), just a heads-up that this Sunday most of the southeast area of Negros will be without power from 7 am - 5 pm. From San Jose all the way down to Siaton and includes Valencia and all of Dumaguete.

    I remember those brownout (blackouts) days well!! Folks here get upset when they are without power for 2 hours!! I just have to roll my eyes.....:rolleyes:

    Near by Cebu will have lots of power to avoid the impact of all the negative effects such a whole day taking brown out will cause. So leaving Negros on Saturday and be back on a Monday is my solution.

    CANCELLED, some oath taking in Bacong. Why don't they check beforehand, or would the city admin screw up the coordination ??
