    Robinsons have practically doubled the Rents and imposed many new conditions that now vendors/Businesses are voting with their feet

    In my opinion you can find the best pizza at Grumpy's Tavern.

    Taste and size is excellent, quality and service as well.
    There are plenty other delicious dishes available. If you like European food it's the place to go.

    Ate at Alex Pizzeria yesterday on third floor of Lee Plaza on recommendations from here. Both my daughter & I found it was way below average, overpriced(for what it was), dry, tasteless, low cost ingredients, reheated in an oven toaster. Never again.

    South beach serves nice Pizza but I don't get there often as it is a bit far. Esturya's Pizza is about the same quality imho, and I also like their Pasta. Big plus is that they have decent imported beer and a good wine selection as well.
