Wasn’t this building and the Roman forum built on a marsh?

A lady was buying several cases of soft drinks and juices. They were in cases of 24. The cashier was counting each item. The buyer was charged by the piece not the case.

There’s no store coupons..no sales...no flyers...the items that Robinson’s will put on sale...are approaching the expiration date or the item is expired.

Eggs are never refrigerated. How long do the eggs sit on the shelf?

Im not sure the owner of robinsons cares what anyone thinks, its just the chinese/fil way of doing business take it or leave it. None of the supermarkets are any better. I just prefer to shop elsewhere due to price.

One of the reasons Amazon was able to kill the mall though was because it was able to position itself favorably regarding taxes, laws, regulations and the other government encumbrances that brick and mortar stores had to comply with. Certainly it was not the only factor, but equally as certain, those things play a big part in how business is done and how efficiently it operates.

Sure. Can you give me specific examples of these "regulations" and when they were created and enforced?

AFAIK I said Europe and not EU.
    Is a difference.
Edit: Switzerland is heavily affected by EU regulations.

He he. This is very true. Nor does SM, Mercury drug and many more give a s..... what you think about them. But who knows things can change. I know two cases from Germany: The drugestores used to have huge margins and made super profits. Then DM, Rossmann and (Schlecker is gone) stepped in. Both mixed up this market with cheap prices and both owners of above companies became billionaires. Second one: Eyeglasses in Germany, FIELMANN and others. Same story. So who knows, the same can happen in the Philippines. If I had huge money I would step in and teach these monopolistic companies a lession.BTW, includes SMART and GLOBE.
