that it is.. aint it nice to have the place to yourself.. mainly a wedding venue now.. the owner of the resort married and her heart is in Canada.. so she isn't promoting it as it should be... it is my understanding that the resort is going to shut down soon with new ownership and a complete remodel with swimming pool.. I think there are future plans for condos directly across the highway..

as Lee Iacocca said.. lead, follow or get the hell out of the way.. let's see what Satori Cliffs brings to the table..

I'm from Arizona, and lived in Lake Havasu, and for everyone that made money investing there a dozen lost a bundle. Same story in a couple of dozen places in Arizona, however, people did make money as well and there is a nice city when there was nothing there. On this site there is some property for sale near where osodelnorte is talking about I think and I like the looks of it. I don't know how it is as an investment, speculation is always speculative, but the area does seem nice from what I can see of it online.

Invest nearer, where you can at least see the fruits of your investment.

I think development just doesn't jump up there-----it has to pass several towns and cities and locals are not so keen about Basay. Must be because of our flat noses----lol---it is hard to see what happens in the next 200-300 years.

It is obvious you know nothing about investing in real estate. You seem to think that downtown Basay is all of Basay. I remember naysayers like you saying the same about Bayawan ten years ago. Today property prices there have quadrupled, major development is ongoing and minimum wage has doubled. Your eyes cannot see the value of beauty and your mouth only speaks with pessimism fueled by ignorance.
