There has been a ship in front of my house in Mangnao for the last 3 days. No name, no numbers on it.. Painted solid white, and looks brand new, 2 large knuckle boom cranes on it. Its a dynamic positioned vessel as its staying in one position and no anchors. Lit up like a little city at night. Something strange going on me thinks..

This one looks very similar, except no windows or possibly painted over on the bow side of the superstructure.. Stacks and cranes look the same.
