Maybe we should just tell Oprah. That way you get a dog, and you get a dog, he gets a dog, she gets a dog.......................eeeevery-body gets a dog.

Maybe when you, as a Filipina, will spread this information around, the locals will start thinking about but still wait and see they finally will adapt.

I don't think there is much lead in ammunition.

The DDS guys running around seem to be able to hit their targets without much/any collateral damage.

It's not the amount of lead, it's the velocity of that lead when it is injected.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. Considering how desperate people are for money, some may find ways to kill any dog they can find to bank the pesos..

Yep, it's all fun until someone kills your dog.

Criminals are lazy. Feral dogs are easy targets and abundant, you can't walk 10 meters without seeing one. Dogs belonging to responsible owners are restrained within a property or house making them more difficult to kill and then retrieve the body.

Once feral dogs are no longer abundant and easy to kill the problem has been solved and there is no longer a need to offer a reward.

What about the dogs that escape the responsible owners yard, here in the jungle of bacong dogs roam about the barangay free and they belong to Filipinos. I can see it 'Dogs of war 11'

I would prefer to assist owned poochies at finding there way back to their own yard.
