Right? I thought we had already established that. Missing the point I was trying to make.

You made some assumptions there and then stated your conclusion as fact. We are missing information, we don't know the real story and likely never will.

Yes, I suppose I did miss your point. As I read what you wrote, it seemed to assume guilt on the part of the boy. And your assumption surprised me. I would point out that the kid was not even a suspect to police and prosecutor. If he were, he would be questioned about his supposed associate, not assassinated.

I read he was the suspect somewhere. I thought police were looking for him and I assumed they wanted to question him. I also thought I read somewhere the police were currently unable to locate him and did not release his name...but with him being murdered walking to school that certainly raises some questions if he was the suspect or not since it didn't seem all that difficult to locate him. And if he was the suspect and his name wasn't released to the public by the police how exactly was it someone knew who to go look for? A lot doesn't make sense or add up.

I don't know if the kid did it or not. I was speculating that if that were the case he probably didn't commit the crime alone and a second person could likely face the same outcome. Obviously there is evidence missing and I have no idea if he was guilty or not. I personally hate these vigilante/death squad murders. Any one of us could be accused of a crime by anyone for any number of reasons. Everyone should have their day in court and should be presumed innocent until proven guilty by the courts.

Also, this is assuming that people have honesty, integrity and respect the laws of the country and judicial system. We know that simply isn't the case for everyone working for the police/government.
