It's evidence to see hundreds of riders have dusted off their helmets this past week.

Ten thousand for an unregistered vehicle! No wonder so many are never reclaimed.

Well, $200. I don’t know, I heard that many of the never reclaimed are just vehicles left over by foreigners who left the country for good.

It is indeed very remarkable. You can count me under these hundreds of riders.

Never have to dust of my helmet/s, been riding here for over 30 years, never leave home without it. Mind you I had to pass a motorcycle test in my own country to be able to ride, both written & practical, fail one thing, fail the lot, same with 4 wheel test. I'm a firm believer in A.T.G.A.T.T., ("all the gear all the time"). Saved my life & major body parts on quite a few occasions, not just here, around the world.

So did I, but circumstances maybe quite different. Where as here my speed on 2 wheels will never exceed 30kph, there was a time I made it more than 7 times (not in the PH of course), though even with an helmet it will not save your life when you got involved with an accident. But I agree, no discussion @all, what ever, even @a low speed, with an helmet it is always better safe than sorry.

I was wondering the same thing. I checked with my handyman. He and I figured that it was something in the "lost in translation" category. We both think that what is meant here is the license plate.:thumbsup:
