Just wondering if anyone has a reliable agent in Manila to run to an embassy to get translations notarized? Don’t feel like flying up there for this small errand. Thanks!
Hi ya There are many companies that deal with Filipino seamen visa's, OSM is just one, I've used them in the past with no problems.
i needed a panamánian document signed by the panamánian counsel in manila a few years back. i contacted the counsel via email about the situation and they replied that i could sign the document with a local (duma) notary authorized to do a *triple seal.* i went to the lawyer above the duma BOI who did the triple seal. i then sent the document, with the seals, to the counsel in manila via LBC with an all expense paid return envelope. worked for me, might work for your embassy. i don't know if the lawyer above BOI is still there but i'd think there's others in town.
Hi ya. Magsaysay, OSM, BSM, NYK, Maersk, Marlow Navigation. These are manning agency's, you'd have to contact them to see if they'd help, for the $ I think that it shouldn't be a problem but Ive only used them for getting work Visa's in many counties. https://osm.no/office/manila/ look under services Good luck Kevin
