    Killing ants by what means
That will do the trick, killing ants marching by is a never ending battle you will not win. But once the queen has been killed the production off eggs (hence new ants) will stop. Visited before more than 10 agrivet shops but nowhere available, will try my luck in Lee Plaza or made my own. Thanks.

Go into handyman and they have optiguard in small syringes atm. Ive used this before with good results. I would still but a small sprayer and spray pesticide where they are coming in. We sometimes get the tiny ones and they even chew into the plastic to get the food. All rice, crackers and noodles in clip lock boxes and sweet stuff in the fridge. Works here.

Just to let know that the borax method works. Lay away the drained cotton balls with baits on Friday, last. Yesterday still many ants roaming around. Today..........golden silence, not even one single ant in sight. So, when no disruption of their schedule can look forward to see them again up or around September 22, 2020.

Glad to hear about your success!
For others reading this. Do not use spray insecticide or any other method to kill the ants while using the borax method. You want to feed as many ants as possible so that many ants take it back to their nest.

I highly recommend getting the ant baits....although, the ant battle is never-ending in the Philippines. I used the Terro ant baits and they seemed to work okay. Think I got them at Handyman at Robinsons Mall. This was a few years back...…...
