    Coming soon to Bayawan:
    A Primark mall and a Puregold mall.

    Seems that the smaller cities are getting some love and more interesting to live there.

    Guihulngan should get a Puregold mall also.

    And in Bais is a Gaisano mall planned

    Status of the projects accoring to the infos I got.

    Bayawan Primark center: unter construction
    Bayawan Puregold Mall: Construction should start january 2018

    Guihulngan Puregold Mall: unknown

    Bais Gaisano: Construction should start soon.
