Suggestion What would you expect to be in a Semi furnished house

The problem is that it is regarded in law as libelous to make a negative comment about a person (and, I assume, maybe a business) even if it is true. And you can be certain that the POS-type landlords will be the very ones to use it.

Also, the one bad landlord I encountered was the most pleasant at the time of viewing - a real gentleman, we thought! And viewing is usually done after the previous tenants have gone - so no feedback available from them.

 

hahahaha, RIGHT ON. we got that exact list except no stove top. in addition, we have to take care of replacements as stuff wears out (like the ac) also, just a note that in the phils tenants are expected to take care of minor repairs like leaky faucets and failed electric outlets
