I am in need of a good dentist who is able to perform a root canal. When I was in Cebu I went to a few clinics but the dentist said it would take several different appointments, which seemed ridiculous. The last root canal I had in the US took a couple of hours, so I have no idea why dentists here need more than one visit. Thanks ahead.
Sorry but our experience is limited, the first dentist we went to 3 yrs ago was so good we never tried anyone else. Dr Julie Cordeta, http://www.premierdent.net/home.html. Just south of Robinsons.. That said, she is not equipped to do root canals, so she recommends Dr Chua https://www.apo.com.ph/patrick-s-chua/ at Holy Childs... slightly absurd comment....
I believe Dr Cordeta does root canals now. In the next month I will have my dental implant treatment completed by her. When it's all said and done I will post my thoughts on her work. It will be all good stuff. She is a professional.
By the way, Dr Cordeta makes appointments and she calls you in within 15 minutes of that time at every one of the dozen appointments we've had at her office in 3 yrs...
we are on our third dentist in dumaguete. this one is located at ever mall ground floor towards the back on the south side. not sure about specialty work but haven been happy with him so far with an extraction of a molar. making our third appointment this week. srry, i have his card but could not find it
Her website does indeed indicate that she now does root canals. Good luck with your implant(s), looking forward to hearing about your experience
Is there a woman dentist named Garupa in Dumaguete? A friend of mine had a good experience with her, but it was some years ago, so maybe he does not remember exactly the name.
