    Looking for a medical doctor (orthopedist) in Dumaguete that can diagnose and treat neck pain. Location and hours available would also be helpful.

    Found something that immediately helped get most of the pain, stiffness and soreness out of my neck and right shoulder.



    I'll give this a go for a couple days before I visit a doctor.

    have had this several times over the years, bone spurs pinched the nerve and pain from inside the arm and numbness and tingling.... PITA but with Ibuprofen and exercises like the above it will gradually go away... might take a few weeks though...

    If you can find a practitioner of counter strain it is what the doctor ordered. My neck was so bad I couldn't turn it. Went to my PT and now its like I never had anything going on. Counter strain is the only way to get rid of the pain.

    Dr Brenda Deputado , neurologist at Aces Hospital. Get an appointment with her receptionist, it may be a while and when, for instance, you arrive promptly for a 2pm appointment it will be 3:30 before you get out of there. Have patience . You may well have read my post regarding my own physical problems... 7 yes 7 destroyed, desiccated and slipped discs. This was caused when I became an FRC coxswain in the North Sea. FRC is fast rescue craft. When doing crew training exercises ,all the younger guys wanted to do was go fast. So they learned very little about picking up casualties, maneuvering, etc. Hitting a 3 to 4 metre swell at 30 knots is like hitting a brick wall and if the frc becomes airborne, it's very bad form. When reconnecting with the ocean.... Well, full body shock.
    I may be wrong but I think you're the type of person that will refuse chemical medication. At my age and the clear fact I have to ramble on, I don't care what I'm prescribed if it does the trick.
    Come along this afternoon/evening and I will discuss this with you.
