Studio/Apartment Wanted

Hi everyone! I've been in Dumaguete for about 3 weeks now and I'm having difficulty finding an apartment to rent. (I'm staying at a decent inn/lodging house for the meantime.) Most of what I've seen are rooms in boarding houses for students.

My requirements are: it should be a studio/1-bedroom apartment with its own toilet&bathroom; furnished or semi-furnished; and most importantly, if not located downtown, then it must be very near the city center, in a nice neighborhood.

My budget is quite flexible; it all depends on how big the apartment is and its location. Anywhere from P 4K to 6K is fine, as long as the requirements I mentioned are fulfilled.
