Supermarket only open Jim but very crowded, looks like it may close this afternoon for restocking, no Idea of the time
We did our shopping at Robinson's Supermarket for the next few weeks today (fri 3/20), checked out at 2:30. Shelves quite full, no indication of closing except sign about new hours 10 to 7. Seemed normal number of kids restocking.. I thought slightly less crowded than normal, everybody in masks except 3 foreigners. Watson's open too (haven't seen a closed pharmacy.) I wear a mask always but i am convinced that the potential for catching this is greater from contaminated surfaces, so also wearing gloves in stores. Robinson's mall spraying alcohol at entrance as does JLH, also fully stocked, bo's (rizal) spraying hands before handling currency, am acting as tho home delivery stuff has contaminated surfaces. Dumaguete is not yet full blown, but not going to wait until it does (if it does).
All Robinsons Supermarkets remain open, including the one at Robinsons Place. We were in the downtown Robinsons early afternoon - seemed like a normal early afternoon to me. But we did just swing through the lower level (of the supermarket) looking for one particular item. We did do some real food shopping across the street at Lees. Again, seemed normal to me, did seem to be getting busier. Might just be typical of a Friday afternoon.
