    Guess I 'am getting old.
I meant to post (Generation Z) and it is not to blanket all. Thank you for your continuing service.

I would think you would be exempt of any recriminations for overstaying. After all, if you cant leave ,else can you do. Happy to be on my 13a.

Please note that the below is Luzon, Luzon and Luzon only. This one seems to be popping up all over and causing some confusion.

They are not called the 'me, me, me' and 'look at me, look at me' generation for nothing. Total self interest from many of them.

Perhaps I am looking at it through an aged perspective and we were the same in the past - but whereas I still open doors for people, no one even says 'thanks'.

As a child I sawed logs and chopped firewood to raise money for Xmas gifts for the relatives who sent me a gift plus as many elderly and disabled living locally as I could. But my nieces and nephews never even said thanks for what I gave them and certainly did nothing for people in their community - yet they had money that they never even had to labour to gain.

I really think there is a big difference in attitudes and will that continue at an increasing rate in future generations (until they are replaced by AI robots!)?

Those currently saving our 'old asses' (and we of course respect them for it) are here because of what the 'old asses' did in previous times - if all the 'old asses' had not fought in previous conflicts, we could all be in slavery.

I don't know if you intended this as humor or what, but it is not a nice thing to say.

I take that remark from the humorous side and find that one doesn't have to be old to be grumpy :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

In all fairness I did make an error and blanketed an entire Generation in my wording. Happens sometimes when it's a post made at the end of a long day and not read twice. Us Vets are hard (i would hope) so no worries. Cheers!
