I know you have been a great supporter of effective measures to protect yourself (mask and alcohol - I assume you mean a spray for your hands and not ONLY drinking it!) and so this warns people even further that none of us can consider ourselves safe. There are a number of reasons why possibly, even with the measures you took, that you have an infection but the main thing is to get yourself well again (as stated by others above).
I was joking, of course, about never changing my clothes! But it would be an effective passive way of social distancing!
