Cluster 1 is from San Jose to Siaton. Quarantine passes, once issued, are only good for Cluster 1. Outlying areas have their own Clusters
A lot of European countries have closed their borders only essential traffic for food and medical supplies can enter; same for people only with an essential profession.

Same here, I just took a quick pass by the Sibulan municipal building, and there were no less than 100 people standing around trying to get information. I have all but given up on this quarantine pass. When i run out of food or water, what to do. The FB posts are becoming utterly useless by just posting and reposting the same ECQ rules, but if there are no passes, the rules become useless as well. The term "Cluster" seems to be a fitting 1st word.
I only have a 5 shrug and 8 headshake per day allowance. But, I guess since I cannot get out of my house, I will have a few extra.
