That was taken out of context and has been grossly spun (as per norm) to distract from the reality of all the warm and cute wonderful fuzzies that will be rolling out. Let the games begin.

Hope this helps. As I have said, not enough resources to implement the "Plan". From my apartment in Daro I have a straight shot to the Blvd, which gives me access to all of the shopping with no checkpoint to play with. Good thing too, Day 1, no passes.

Planning and logistics, not a real strong point here.

Wondering how strict the first days will be. I am guessing or hoping first days will be used to inform and to get the passes out.

No pass here in Camanjac yet, but as long as no pass is handed out i think the check point have a hard time asking me for something does not excist.

Anyway, mostly a problem here is a delayed solution so just hold your horses. Can not believe we are not prepared enough to sit tight for a few days and let them sort it out.

Same with the markets like bacong fish market or local street vendors. Hope people in charge will realize they play an essential role in preventing longer rides to get your supplies so they should be allowed to doing business,in my opinion.

But maybe all is hopefull thinking, because i dont think there is a cebuano word for logic..

I'm in Candau-Ay and haven't received passes or even clear direction as to what they are, how they work or when we'll get one. Everyone at the barangay hall I speak to gives different answers and some of them conflict with each other and the rules as shown in this forum. A lot of the expected cooperation depends on trust and confidence. Confidence the program will be administered in a reasonable and consistent fashion. Trust that we will be treated fairly and without bias.

    Ball is in their court.

I do agree with this system but how it is implemented in ridicules. We have 2 blocks of Townhouses 3 units in each block. We were given 1 pass for the 3 units and you had to shop between the hours of 9 am to 12 am. The residents in the 3 units totaled 12 people. We told the Barangay Captain we need 1 pass per unit he said "manage the best you can its only for 2 weeks" He went to the neighboring house and give them 1 pass who has 3 people residing there.

Its not our fault the city couldn't produce enough passes in time :rage:

Just got our passes. We have 5 families in the complex, got 2 passes, each a different color, so it gives us 4 days to get out. Landlord said he would put it in small box and if we need one just take it then replace it. I have a color printer, to bad I don't have a laminator, I could make more. All the lamination stores are closed I think.

Stress arises when expectations are not met.

But think: 'What DID we expect?' (in organising the issuing of passes).

Have expectations not been met?
