    Does anybody happen to know if LBC are operating? I need to send a form to Manila so need to know if LBC are operating at both ends.

    Ferries are running, I see them everyday crossing from Dumaguete to Dapitan, Mindanao. Maybe ferries are running from Duma to Manila still? I should add that there are no passengers on the ferries, just cargo etc.

    Are you sure about no passengers - Iloilo has just refused to take 100 local OFWs stuck in Manila.

    I emailed lbc the other day asking about shipments from Manila to here, they said, yes, but will take two to three weeks. However in the other direction - where would you go to hand over your envelope? I dont know of any LBC shop that is open currently.

    Also received an amazon package from the US the other day, so theres definitely cargo traffic going on between manila and dumaguete. No idea if that went by plane or ship. It's just been so late that since two weeks amazon offered me a refund because it might have been lost.

    I tried to send a parcel international by LBC two weeks and was told it wouldn’t even make it off the island.
