The city is distributing new passes. There are two colors Purple and Red. Everyone I have spoken to personally has received a purple one. There are two refernces on this forum to purple passes and none for red. So the question is: For those who live in Dumaguete, What color is your new pass? Mine is purple. Thank you
Purple, Purple and Purple. That's for us and our neighbor. We were both given a purple yesterday morning, then in the afternoon someone came by from an adjacent Barangay and gave our neighbor(s) another purple pass. We were out at the time, so no additional pass for us, but of no real use anyway (for us). We even asked the person that gave us our pass if we could have a Red one, she said all the same color for each Barangay.
If all Barangays had Both/or the same colours it would put us all in the City Together which is not what they Want. FYI; Junob is Purple, Batinguel next door Barangay is Red
