    Hiya, Anyone know of or can recommend somewhere to hire a mini digger + operator.

    Phil-X who advertise here have a full size backhoe. It's a beauty a new Cat 426F. It's a little pricey at Php 2800 per hour. It would make short work of your pool and can remove some pretty big boulders if you find any.
