    Threads here are getting long and going off topic quickly making it hard to find current quarantine rules and guidelines and official information put out by public officials. This thread won't be one of them.

    Posts here will need to consist of information put out by the government/LGUs and businesses. Any information you add to a post should only be supplemental to the main content for clarification and/or translation proposes.

    Here are the rules and passes for people who live outside the city:

    Tuesdays, 1-6 p.m.
    Thursdays and Sundays, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

    At the checkpoint, you will exchange your local pass and DL for one of these.

    I am volunteering to take my talents to the governor’s “opening up Negros Oriental council” should he form this council and invites me on the team. My recommendations would be a smart ramp up balancing health, getting the economy back, and letting us out of lock up.
    I have many recommendations as I’m sure all of you do. Firstly, prohibition would end!
    The other recommendations are minor.

    According to a filipina in Bacong, she read on one of the web sites beginning April 20, she can go into Dumaguete Tue-Thur-Sun 7am to 6pm. This will relieve the long queuing at the checkpoints and market, along with 2 more days. If so, certainly makes sense and a positive move forward, imho.

    New colour coded Dumaguete passes to be distributed for usage as from Monday 20th April, replacing the old Black/Blue/Red colour coded passes.
