Killing someone in the Philippines while drunk driving may get you charged with homicide (reclusion temporal - somewhere between 12 to 20 years) and a P300k to P500k fine.

Also, I've been seeing that truck a lot around Valencia recently. He drove dangerously fast even mid-day.

I imagine the inmates are preparing a well deserved welcoming party and initiation. What is the Korean word for “ouch”?

While being in prison in the Philippines would definitely suck I am told it is nothing like the US. As long as you don't have any unresolved issues with an inmate and remain respectful of the well established hierarchy you won't have much of an issue there...other being in a Filipino prison, of course. I believe the Korean can post bail and could possibly spend the next 5-10 years free while going through the extremely slow court hearings and appeal process. It also wouldn't be unheard of for a person to get out on a technicality (and possibly some well placed pesos).

Maybe in Filipino it's just one word, but in Korean it's (wam bam tank u man)
